Given the tobacco curing process, it is necessary to return to the tobacco leaves some of the sugar lost in their processing. The production of tobacco bobbins supplies the market of the so-called Blunt Wraps, as well as the production of bobbins for Heat-Not-Burn products, a new technology in the tobacco sector.
Like tobacco bobbins, non-tobacco vegetable films can also be used for the Blunt Wraps market, with the difference being that several bases can be incorporated without the presence of tobacco, hence, nicotine. Commonly found bases are: Cocoa, chamomile, sage, yerba mate, clove and hibiscus, however, various flavor blends and combinations of vegetable bases can be made.
